"Support was slow, but okay in the end"
I waited longer than I thought I would for customer service to get back to me. At first I was annoyed, well, not annoyed exactly, just frustrated because the replies took a while. They did eventually help me sort it out, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the back and forth had been a bit quicker.

"Database is actually there when I need it"
I haven’t had any issues so far. The database stays up when I need it, and the data loads quickly, actually. Everything’s been working fine for me

"Didn’t really do much when my cat disappeared"
I updated all the info and marked my cat as lost, and I don’t know, I just expected more to happen. Maybe I misunderstood how it was supposed to work, but it felt like I was basically handling everything myself. It was already such a stressful situation, and I kept checking back, hoping there’d be some kind of update or help, but nothing really came of it. So yeah, for me, it wasn’t worth it.

"Lost pet alert was alright"
I tried the lost pet alert when my cat slipped out one day. Setting it up was easy, and it was nice having everything in one place. I just didn’t get many updates back, so I was expecting a bit more from the service. It was still helpful in the moment, but not really the full solution I hoped for

"Expected quicker help in an urgent situation"
I needed help quickly and expected their support to respond faster. I sent a message thinking it would be easy to get someone, but I ended up waiting a lot longer than I was comfortable with. I also couldn’t really find a clear emergency option, which made the situation more frustrating. When they finally got back to me, they were polite, but by that point I’d already found another solution on my own. It’s not terrible service, but I wouldn’t count on it if you need fast help in the moment.

"Transfer went through, just took a while"
I finally got the ownership transfer sorted, but it was slower than I thought it would be. My brother was helping me keep track of the steps, and even then it felt a little confusing in a couple spots. Support did get back to me eventually, and everything worked out in the end, but the process could definitely be smoother.

"Login works most times, but not always"
The login is okay for the most part, but sometimes it just logs me out for no real reason. It dont happen every time, but enough that it gets a little annoying. Usually works fine though.

"Vet and shelter info turned into a whole mess"
I was just trying to get my vet and the shelter on the same page, but their info wouldn’t sync properly. I figured support could help sort it out, but I just kept getting passed from one person to another with no real fix. What should’ve been a simple thing ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Super easy to use on my phone"
I used Petlinks on my phone it was smoother than I expected. The pages loaded crazy fast, and I found what I needed without having to pinch and zoom all over the place like usual. Checkout was simple too, which is always a win. The only tiny thing was the menu took me a second to figure out, but overall it worked really well on mobile.

"Alert came through almost instantly"
I was surprised by how fast the notification popped up. My pet’s tag got scanned and I had the message almost right away. It’s super helpful and gave me a lot of peace of mind, especially since a lot of the stress in that situation feels totally avoidable when the system works this smoothly. No fuss, it just does what it’s supposed to do.

"Lifetime registration actually made sense"
I was expecting the lifetime registration part to be confusing, or at least a little suspicious, but no, it was actually really clear. I didn’t have to dig through weird fine print or wonder if they were going to charge me again later.
Registering my dog’s chip was straightforward too. It only took a few minutes, and I thought it might be a hassle, but it wasn’t, and I felt a lot better knowing his info is set up and staying there.

"Managing multiple pets was way more frustrating than I expected"
I’ve got 3 pets, keeping everything straight in one account has been a pain. Some info wouldn’t show up correctly, and switching between pet profiles was way more confusing than it should be. Of course, this all happened when I was already trying to get things organized quickly, so the timing couldn’t have been worse. Support was nice enough, but slow to respond. It technically works, but it feels clunky and not very smooth at all

Yeah, the registration was smooth, honestly. I got my confirmation without any hassle, and the steps were clear enough the whole way through. The email came in fast too, so I wasn’t sitting there like... did this actually work? Simple process, no issues on my end

I was expecting some extra fee to pop up at the end, because that’s happened to me before. But this time, I went through the whole process and the prices stayed clear the entire way. What I saw was what I paid, which was a nice relief.

"Doesn’t feel worth paying for"
I signed up because I figured the subscription would unlock enough useful extras to make it worthwhile, but after using it for a bit, it felt limited for what they’re charging. The basic stuff works fine, but nothing really stood out as something I’d be excited to pay for every month.
It’s not awful, but I got the impression they’re more focused on getting people into the paid plan than actually making the paid features feel valuable. If it were cheaper, I might feel differently, but right now I don’t think I’d keep the subscription.
